At vastraa.ai, creators maintain full control over their personal information. If you have connected your account via Meta platforms or provided any personal data through Facebook or Instagram integrations, the same deletion process outlined below applies. Once deleted, we will remove all your personal data from our servers, including any data obtained from Meta.

How to Delete Your Data

  1. Log In: Access your account at vastraa.ai using your credentials. If you use Facebook Login, ensure you’re logged in to your Facebook account in the same browser.
  2. Open Account Settings: Navigate to the “Account” section in your profile menu.
  3. Request Deletion: Click “Delete My Account/Data” and confirm the request. You may be asked to re-enter your password (or authenticate with Facebook) for security purposes.
  4. Confirmation: You will receive an on-screen notification or email confirming we have received your deletion request. We will process it within 30 days, unless legal or compliance obligations require us to retain certain information longer.
  5. Email Option: If you cannot access your account, send an email to support@vastraa.ai with your username or associated email. Include the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” If you signed up via Facebook/Instagram integration, please mention it so we can confirm removal of any associated Meta data.

This link directs you to the same instructions listed above. Any data vastraa.ai holds about you from Meta (e.g., profile info, basic account details) will be removed once the request is processed.

  • Backups & Logs: Some information may remain in backups or system logs for a limited time due to technical constraints or legal requirements.
  • Accidental Requests: If you request data deletion by mistake, contact us immediately at support@vastraa.ai to see if we can halt the process (this is time-sensitive).
